How to Prune Olives,
Instead of Not
with APA CAP
Eric King
Eric will speak about some of the main challenges and strategies for aesthetically pruning Olive trees in the garden setting.
Sunday, June 12th,
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm PDT
On Zoom
Eric King has been pruning professionally since 2008. He has a BFA in sculpture from Boston University and studied horticulture at Merritt College where he met and fell in love with the aesthetic pruning program. Along with Olives, he enjoys pruning Japanese Maples, California native plants, fruit trees, and most anything else that poses a challenge and has the potential to surprise. In his spare time he likes hiking, doing the dishes, and spending time working on the trees and plants in his garden, because he apparently doesn’t get enough of that out of his system at work.
